Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund for our product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

To return an item, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:
  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
  2. Please email us for return / exchange approval.
  3. Items that have been laundered cannot be accepted.
  4. Items that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  5. Items must be free of any fragrance
Double check that these requirements are met

Please include the order number and clear instructions as to what you would like returned or exchanged. We will not cross reference returns to emails sent. Thank you for understanding.

Please include a note specifying what you would like to exchange your item for so we can avoid any mistakes.

Refund Requests

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 3 business days).

Exchange Requests

When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
